This engagement will undertake the following activities in providing a design strategy that fits your enterprise:

- Overall Architecture and design. Advice will be provided as hyrid or multi-cloud strategies, scalability and on demand elasticity, availability and fault tolerance, networks and routing, applicaiton compute and storage requirements, database management
- Data and pplication migration to the cloud
- Overall operations and management, including training and cloud management skills transfer
- Vendor selection criteria and management, including agreements and SLA – see IT Contracting Specifications
